How to Use Dollar General
- Open the Dollar General app from the app drawer.
- To get full access to the app’s content, you will be asked first to sign up for a DG account. Input all the required details to register and confirm.
- After doing so, you will be prompted immediately to your dashboard that will give you access to different pages and tools. Navigating through the Dollar General app is easily manageable, just tap the icons to navigate from one page to another.
- Open the Home tab to give you quick access to the latest ads as well as a link to see your existing coupons and the available coupons that you can freely grab.
- You can also navigate tabs like Weekly Ads, Digital Coupons, Shop, and Store Locator. The page also highlights Dollar General’s latest ads which keep users updated with their latest items, their respective prices, and as well as items that are on a great sale.
- Tap the Digital Coupons to check the overwhelming number of coupons that you can take advantage of. Coupons are sorted based on their respective categories.
- Tap the Cart Calculator tool to help you save money while shopping. It is an in-store budgeting tool that allows you to scan products in the store to find coupons and know your total before approaching the register.
- Tap the Shopping List tool to access your own shopping list and prevent you from missing an item when you shop as well as preventing you from overspending.
- The app also features DG Go, another noteworthy feature of Dollar General that allows users to skip the checkout line and avoid the exhausting queue. Instead of going to the checkout line, DG Go comes with a digital payment system.
