How to Use Firefox
- Simply open the Firefox app from the app drawer.
- You will have the option to sign in using your existing Firefox account for a cross-platform synchronization. You can also create a new account using the app itself.
- Although the app works even without signing in, doing so allows you to sync your bookmarks, history, logins and open tabs across different devices.
- The app will prompt you immediately to the home screen showcasing the search bar, recently visited pages, recommended pages, and newsfeed.
- To conduct a search, simply input the keywords on the search bar. You can also access specific website by typing the URL directly to the address bar.
- You can also conduct a voice search by simply tapping the microphone icon located near the search bar or the address bar.
- To access bookmarks, settings, and add-ons, simply tap the 3 dots icon on the upper right corner of the app.
- For Private Browsing, simply tap the 3 dots icon and select the “New Private Window” option.
- Firefox gives you greater privacy protection while you’re on the web. It comes with the so-called Enhanced Tracking Protection that automatically blocks over 2000 online trackers from invading your privacy. This means that you do not have to dig into the privacy settings and configure them manually because this impressive level of security and privacy is already set up by default.
