How to Use the Chick-fil-A App
- Launch the Chick-fil-A app from your app drawer.
- If you are using the app for the first time, you will be asked to register an account and become a member.
- After registering an account, you may now start placing your order.
- To get started, select “Find a Restaurant” and choose your nearby restaurant. Then select “Mobile Order.”
- The app currently offers three delivery options; Drive-Thru, Carry-Out, or Curbside.
- Select the menu you want to order and tap the Add to Order button.
- You can also customize your sandwich using the app. To do so, tap the sandwich of your choice. Here, you can start adding extras. Tap the ingredients you would like to add. You can also view the cost upfront every time you add an extra ingredient.
- Once you are done placing your order, tap on the My Order icon on the navigation panel below the screen. It will display the total cost of your order. Tap on the Add Payment Information to check out.
- Tap on the Add Funds button. You can pay using your credit card, Apple Pay, or even just your Reward balance. Once the payment has been processed, tap the Submit Order button. The app might ask you to input your phone number to give you updates about your order.
- You will also be asked to grant certain permissions including the Location to prepare your order faster. Tap “Yes, Sounds Good” to proceed.
- Once you arrive at the restaurant, follow the instructions for receiving your order. If you selected Curbside, most restaurants have designated parking spots or a parking lane or zone just for you.
