How to Use the Life360 App
- Launch the Life360 app from your app drawer.
- The first thing you need to do is to set up an account and create a new circle or you can also join an existing one.
- To register, the app will request access to your mobile number and other login essentials including your email and your preferred password.
- After setting an account, the next important step is to create your circle. A Circle is a private space that is only accessible by you and your family (or by an extended group of people of your choice).
- You can either create a new circle if you or any of your family members have not made one yet or you can simply join an existing one as long as you have the six-digit invite code.
- To create a Circle, tap on the ‘+’ button at the bottom of your screen. Tap on ‘Add Circle’, name your Circle, and tap Save.
- To add a new member to your circle, tap on ‘Add a New Member’ and send them a unique invite code, either by text or email. It will tell them how to get Life360 and join your Circle.
- To make this app work seamlessly, you will also be asked to enable your location and physical activity to monitor everything about your recent whereabouts.
- If you ever feel unsafe or in danger, you can instantly trigger the Help alert in just one tap. Once the alert was triggered, the app will contact everyone in your circle.
