How to Use the Wyze app
- Provided that you already have the Wyze smart device with you, all you need is to set up the Wyze app to make the device more functional.
- Launch the Wyze app from your app drawer.
- Wyze will first ask you to sign up or create an account. Simply input your preferred login details to register and confirm.
- After connecting your device to your wi-fi network, you may now start adding or setting up your Wyze gadget
- It is very interesting to note that each Wyze device comes with a different setup procedure. Some of which including the Wyze Cam will ask you to scan some QR code to recognize the device while others like Wyze Bulb might need an additional procedure.
- To set up the devices on the Wyze app, tap the New Device button in the center of the screen.
- Select the device you want to set up. Follow the given instruction on how to set up the devices. For setting up the Wyze Camera, for instance, you will be asked to scan QR Code from the device to complete the process.
- With this app, you can get notified when motion or sound is detected. You can get notifications and instant alerts. You can also get custom notifications when Smoker or CO alarms are detected.
