How to Use Xfinity My Account app
- The Xfinity My Account is an app that allows Xfinity customers to manage all their Xfinity accounts in one platform.
- It offers a wide range of services from personalizing your Wifi Password to basic troubleshooting to paying your monthly bills.
- To get started, launch the Xfinity My Account app from your app drawer.
- The app will require you to sign in using your Xfinity Account. If you do not have an Xfinity ID yet, you can create a new one through the app itself.
- After signing in, the app will prompt you to the home screen that gives you a quick overview of your account including your account information, balance due, and other links related to your billing information.
- If you are using an Android device, the navigation menu is accessed on the left of the screen while the iOS device displays the navigation menu bar on the bottom of the screen.
- Through the app, you can make your payments using the available payment method and also manage your billing preferences. To do so, tap on the Billing page to access all the information you need.
