How to Use MyChart
- Launch the MyChart app from your app drawer to start.
- To get full access to this app, the first step is to sign in using your existing MyChart account (via mychart.com). If you do not have an account yet, you can sign up for a new one using the app itself. Input all the required information, establish your profile, register, and confirm.
- Once done, the app will now prompt you to the Home screen that gives you access to your Goals, Care Team, and Activities. These activities include access to your Test Result, Messages, Appointments, Medications, Health Reminders, Health Summary, Billing, Questionnaires, and Track my Health.
- You must connect this app with your health care provider. MyChart is a service your healthcare organization provides to give you access to your health record.
- You must either create an account or sign up using your existing account to your respective healthcare organization’s website.
- Once you are done setting up the account, you may now use the app to access your health information including your medications, test results, health summary, and immunizations.
- In just a few quick taps, you can communicate with your healthcare providers and allow them to check your test results and provide you all the things you need including your medications and your clinic visit schedules.
- You can pay your bills, get price estimates for the cost of care, and more.
- You can even integrate the app with Google Fit or Apple Health to pull health-related data from your personal devices
- You can also link your family members and manage their own care system, view the results of their medical tests, and more.
