How to Use Direct Express
- Launch the Direct Express App from your app drawer.
- You will be asked to sign in using your existing Direct Express account and if you don’t have one yet, you can register or activate your card through the app itself.
- You can also use your fingerprints to sign in more securely.
- After signing in, the app prompts you to your home screen which instantly displays your available balance as well as quick access to other features.
- The app allows you to view all your recent activities to review all the transactions you made within a certain time period. To do so, just tap on the View Recent Activity option from the main screen.
- Tap on the Manage Alerts option to manage your notifications and let the app notified you if the benefits have been deposited into your account. This notification can send you a quick SMS to inform you about the recent changes on your account.
- Tap on the Find ATMs option to locate the nearest Direct Express ATM in your area.
- The app also allows you to activate & check your card balance, manage your or your Benefit Recipient’s funds, Review Transactions, Set Alerts, Download monthly statements, and more.
