How to Use DirecTV app
- Take note that the DirecTV app is exclusively available for all DirecTV and At&T customers. If you are already a subscriber, all you need to do is to download the DirecTV app and enjoy its features.
- To get started, simply open the DirecTV app from your app drawer.
- Once done, the app will require you first to sign in using your DirecTV User ID and Password. You can also create an account using the DirecTV official webpage.
- After signing in, you may now access the app and start streaming your favorite shows. It prompts you to the home screen that will display all the featured shows that might well suit your interest.
- You have the option to either use the app as a remote for your smart tv or you can watch the shows directly on your phone.
- To search for a show, simply tap the Search icon on the upper right corner of the app. Input the keywords and search.
- To start streaming, simply tap the Watch on Phone button below each program.
- You can also tap the Record button for offline listening.
- To turn the app into a remote control and control your TV from your phone, simply tap the remote control icon on the upper right portion of the screen. The virtual remote will give you quick access to movies and on-demand shows. It also gives you quick access to Menu, Guide, and Playlist.
