How to Use Microsoft Outlook
- Launch the Microsoft Outlook app from your app drawer.
- The first thing you need to do is to sign in using your existing email account and if you do not have one yet, you can create a new one using the app itself.
- To get started, tap on the Menu bar, select Settings, tap the Add Account link and hit on Add Email account.
- If this is your first time using Microsoft Outlook, hit the Get Started button, and create a new account. You can also input your Google account if there is any.
- After setting up the account and after successfully verifying it, you will be promoted to the home screen that provides you quick access to your Inbox and the rest of your folders like Sent, Drafts, and Junk folders.
- To create and send emails using Outlook, tap the New Mail option on the toolbar. Input the recipient addresses, add a subject, input your message and then tap Send when you are done.
- To reply to messages, open the message you want to send a reply with, tap the Reply option at the top of the message. A new message form will appear addressed to the sender of the original message. Input your reply and hit Send when you are done.
- To add attachments like images or documents to your messages, simply tap the Insert menu, select Attachments at the top of the screen, and then find the file you want to attach.
- To add a new email account, tap on Menu, select Settings, tap the Add Account option, and select Add Email Account. Outlook supports multiple email accounts and allows you to seamlessly switch from one email account to another.
