Remember those old school ways on how we print our documents and how stressful they can be? What we normally do is to connect our printers to our computer to print the documents. If we need to get the documents from the email from our phone, we need to connect our phone to our PC, transfer the file, and print. Luckily, we now have web-enabled printers that allow us to print wirelessly and conveniently straight to our mobile devices. HP ePrint, for instance, allows you to send a print request to any web-enabled HP Printers. Each Printer has its own email address and all you need is to email the document to the printer to print it right away.

How HP ePrint Works?

Using HP ePrint is not as complicated as it sounds. You can print your documents in no time in just a few quick taps on your mobile screen. Simply download the HP ePrint Enterprise app either from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to get started. Provided that your HP printer is already properly configured, you can start using the app and print your documents right away. Configuring your HP ePrint Center allows you to set up not just your preferred Printer code but you can also customize your printer’s email address. You can also manage permissions where you can either allow anyone to print or limit it to your allowed senders.

To start printing, simply open the HP ePrint Enterprise app and select the content you want to print (email, web page, photo, documents, etc). Review the list of network printers and select your printer. Tap Print and you should receive a retrieval code to release your print job at the printer. Go to your selected network printer and get your printout. Interestingly, you can also pick up your printouts at any available locations from the selected providers like Hewlett-Packard, FedEx Office, Walmart, Walgreens, and more.
