All your notifications such as replies, new subscribers, and updates will be shown in your Inbox. Library, on the other hand, will display your History, Downloaded YouTube videos (videos you can watch even if you are offline), Watch Later videos, videos you have liked, your YouTube Playlist, and many more.

Of course, everybody can upload their own videos and create their own channel. To do so, just tap the Video icon on top of the screen.
